We have lived in, restored and loved our home for almost 18 years but it is now time to sell our wonderful home and move on to a new adventure.   The house dates from about 1710 and at one time had its own vineyard. The house is situated, totally privately, in a small village just 15 minutes to Saint Emilion and 40 minutes to the centre of Bordeaux. To read more about the history of the house and its recent life and about our area see the ‘Environment’ page. To see how savings of about 45,000€ can be made without any loss of security in the purchase, see the Prices and Savings page, by the way the selling price is 850,000€.
Technical Data The house faces south and in the main house there are five bedooms each with its en-suite shower room. In the cottage, which is a wing of the house, there are three bedrooms and three shower rooms.
