The fortified (bastide) towns of the region are fascinating to visit especially on market days, to sit outside a café and absorb the atmosphere with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee or tea is wonderful exercise!   The airports of Bordeaux-Merignac and Bergerac-Roumaniere will bring you to Beau Séjour within an hour. The TGV runs from Paris directly to Bordeaux and Libourne.
