Infants less than 12 years old are charged at 15€ per night. Older children are charged as an adult. These prices for babies and children apply only if we are told at the point of reservation, if not they are charged as an adult. Beau Séjour is a very large house with a lot of space and to keep that feeling of space, especially when we are busy or expect to be busy, we need to limit the number of people in the house.  So at such times we cannot always accomodate additional adults or children in a room. We do not charge a supplementary price in high season and we accept reservations for just a one night stay but during high season or busy periods we only accept a reservation for a one night stay at the last moment. We are sorry but we no longer accept animals.     We have a large courtyard with ample secure parking for cars, bikes and motorbikes. Wifi works throughout the house and in all the bedrooms except for Chambre Ouest. Chambre Plaisance This room is 45m² and is on the first floor and faces south. There are high ceilings with beautiful exposed beams, golden stone walls and wooden floors.  The bed is queen size, 180x200 and there are two areas for sitting and relaxing. This room is 28m² and is on the ground floor of the property and has a terrace with a view facing west over the park. There is a large bed of 160x200 and a seating area.  This room, which was an old wine store, retains the old glass tiles on two of the walls.  The glass tiles helped to keep the wine cool. This room is 25m² and is on the ground floor and retains the old parquet flooring and has a view over the south courtyard. This room has an antique four poster bed of 140x190, old parquet flooring and lovely oak beams. There is also a comfortable seating area. The price of this room is 85€ per night for one or two people inclusive of our generous breakfast. For further information please see below This room is 18m² and whilst Chambre écureuil is our smallest bedroom it is comfortable and has a lovely view over the park and the woodland where often one can see squirrels in the trees. There is an antique double bed of 140x190 and a generous sized bathroom. The price of this room is 75€ per night for one or two people inclusive of our generous breakfast. The bedrooms All of our five bedrooms are spacious, luminous, decorated with good taste and each is furnished differently with antiques combined with contemporary furniture.  Each room has all the comfort you will expect; comfortable beds with top quality matresses and smooth cotton percale sheets.  Each room has its own private modern heated bathroom with powerful showers, constant hot water and plenty of towels.  Each bathroom has the little essentials such as a good magnifying make-up mirror, a hair dryer and a box with cotton wool and tissues.  The bathrooms are cleaned daily, the bedrooms are tidied and the beds are made for you. Beau Séjour breakfasts Our breakfasts are generous and include home made jams and cakes, cheese, smoked salmon, ham, good bread, fruit, yoghourt, fruit juice, tea, herbal tea, coffee, hot chocolate.  Where possible we buy from local producers where the quality of their produce is important to them.  Rated number 1 of over 260 B&B's in the Gironde by Tripadvisor This room is 35m² and is on the first floor with high ceilings and superb exposed beams.  It has lovely views west over the park and north over the ancient woodland.  This rooms has a large bed of 160x200 and there is also a seating area.
